It goes well with different kinds of meat
(BEEF, pork, kilo, lamb), and goes well
with game as well.

Sangiovese is a good blend with
Sagrantino that gives uniqueness and
fullness to this wine.
Olio extravergine di oliva
Oil obtained from Moraiolo olives (90%)
and from Leccino olives (10%).
For this reason it is a low acid
extra-virgin olive oil, which a fruity flavour
and rich in unsaturated lipids and vitamin E.
